At Junction 32 we pride ourselves on providing a genuine warm Yorkshire welcome, in a complimentary environment, delivering brands that delight our visitors, with an attraction for all… and we mean all.
The shopping outlet can be accessed whether you have two legs (or four with some of our stores now allowing dogs), use a wheelchair, need an extra pair of hands with your shopping or have dependants to take care of.
Here are a few ways we hope to make your trip easier and of course our Guest Service Team are always available if you have questions or specific requirements. Don’t hesitate to get in touch. You can contact us here.
We have Accessible Car Parking
Whilst parking at the centre, you’ll be sure to find one of our accessible parking bays, which are all clearly marked blue. The accessible bays are situated in the spaces nearest to the centre.
We have free wheelchair and mobility scooter hire
To help make your visit easier, you can hire wheelchairs or mobility scooters for FREE. Please telephone one of our team on 01977 520 972 or email to book. Click here for further information >>>
Please park in the Blue Car Park when using the service.
We have changing facilities
Baby changing facilities are available in each of the toilet blocks and our designated changing place* is also available behind Bakers + Baristas. *Temporarily closed due to unforeseen circumstances
We have hearing loops
To communicate with all our customers in a busy environment, where hearing aids may struggle, we offer hearing loops at points of sale. They’re a great solution for our guests who struggle to separate the sounds of voice from the natural hustle and bustle of the shopping village.
Autism Support
We understand that all of our guests have unique needs, and that for some, help in pre-planning a visit can reduce anxiety and ensure you make the most of your day. We are a busy shopping centre, but we do have quieter times, and help is on hand should you or family members need further support.
For guests with autism, we have produced a guide to help you prepare for your visit, the guide can be downloaded and used on or before you arrive.

We have quiet hours
Launched in January 2022, we also now have weekly quiet hours on Tuesdays between 10am to midday and Thursdays between 5pm and 6pm. During this hour music will remain off in the centre and stores, and tannoy announcements will be kept to a minimum. The quiet hour aims to create an inclusive and calmer atmosphere for our guests who may find shopping a stressful and overwhelming experience.
We have a quiet room
If you’re looking to take a break, have some time to yourself or need a moment to gather your thoughts, our quiet room is available for anybody who needs privacy, whatever that reason may be. You can enquire about the quiet room with any member of the Junction 32 team or via 01977 520 153.
You will also find a range of sensory toys in here & disability lanyards to take away with you should you wish to use them.
Did you know Junction 32 is committed to the Disability Confident scheme:
Being part of the scheme provides us with the unique opportunity to lead the way in our community, offering disabled people and those with long term health conditions the chance to fulfil their potential.
We’re always on hand to help and ensure you have a great time whilst shopping with use.
All our services and amenities can be seen on the centre map. If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to get in touch.
