As we continue to grow our Retail offering, the team plays an integral part in delivering a premium service and experience to our customers.
As part of the management team, your role will be to direct, control and manage all in-store operations with your objectives being the achievement of delivering quarterly sales, profitability and driving promotional activity.
You will be tasked with cashing up, opening and closing the store, managing stock levels and getting involved with planning and executing floor moves, maintaining and developing floor sets and understanding visual merchandising. You will be responsible for team management, recruitment development and scheduling within the store and managing HR policies.
You will have the ability to motivate, inspire, develop and maintain a good working relationship with all team members and to lead by example from the front, providing exceptional levels of customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to create and maintain a culture of enthusiasm and excellence.
