Role: Sales Assistant (2 positions available)

Hours:  One 16 hours position, one 8 hours weekend position

Duties and responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant at Precious Little One, you will need to fulfil several duties and responsibilities proficiently to excel at your work. These include: 

• Serving customers and dealing with enquiries 

• Processing cash, card, and online payments

• Updating customer records in the company’s database as required

• Handling product returns and payment refund requests

• Reporting any inventory or service issues to management

• Promoting products based on the company’s directives

• Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays

• Unpacking and sorting new stock deliveries

• Managing product inventory at the store 

• Keeping the store clean

Requirements:

• Late nights and weekends must be available for both
