Are you making people wear masks?
We are asking people to follow government guidance. This means guests must wear a face covering in shops and we’re strongly encouraging the use of face coverings in the rest of the centre too.
What happens if someone isn’t wearing a mask?
It is mandatory to wear a face covering in shops and indoor shopping centres. We will continue to work with law enforcement agencies to encourage all guests to follow guidelines.
I can’t wear a mask. Will you make me?
Our teams are making sure they are knowledgeable about exemptions for those who are unable to wear a face covering. We want our destinations to be inclusive for all so if you are exempt from wearing a covering please let our centre teams know and we will offer assistance.
I forgot my mask. What now?
We have a very limited number of masks that we can supply to guests in an urgent situation. We strongly advise guests to ensure they have their mask with them before they travel to Junction 32.
Is it safe for you to open?
The safety of our guests and staff is our number one priority. We have followed and adhered to government guidance at every stage and have implemented every recommendation to ensure that we offer the safest environment possible.
What measures have been put in place to keep us safe?
We have introduced signage, floor markings, posters and banners to assist our guests in keeping socially distant while they’re at Junction 32. We will monitor guest numbers so that we can maintain social distancing within the centre and there is a two-way system to help guide our guests around.
Our cleaning teams will be carrying out extensive scheduled cleaning of Junction 32 with even more focus on key touch points to ensure the safety of our guests. We have also introduced hand sanitising stations around the site.

Is cash being accepted at stores or will it be card payment only?
Please check with our individual retailers, however, we expect many shops to accept card payment only and you should be prepared to pay by card.
Have your opening times changed?
YES. We are now open 10am-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. 10am - 8pm Thursday, 9am - 6pm Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sundays. Please check here for individual store opening times.
Will there be a limit to how long I can spend in the centre?
No limits will be applied to the amount of time you are able to spend in the centre.
Will you be temperature checking shoppers and staff?
We are following government guidelines which means we won’t be carrying out temperature checks on entry for the time being. If this changes, we will let you know.
Do we need to park 2 metres apart in the car park?
Guests do not need to park any differently. However, we ask customers to maintain a safe distance when entering and leaving your vehicle.
How do I get into the centre - has this changed?
Any local route changes will be communicated through our website, local traffic updates and our social media channels.
Junction 32 is open to all guests; however, access will be restricted if capacity is reached.
*Please note our Blue entrance will be the first to open in the mornings to clear any queues as we have found a higher demand for stores at the side of the centre.*
Whilst waiting for the centre to open, please queue on the marked footprints in order to maintain social distancing and keep everyone safe.
Are all your stores open?
Currently the majority of our stores are open. You can find details of the stores that are open and opening hours on the individual store page.
Do I have to queue for each store?
Due to restrictions in capacity within the stores queueing to enter a number of stores is possible. Please feel free to call ahead for an update on store queues.
Will stores be providing carrier bags or do we need to bring our own?
You will be best to call the individual store and check – all store details can be found here.
Will changing rooms be open / are services within stores still available e.g. feet measuring, bra fitting etc?
Most brands / stores will NOT be opening their changing rooms but please check with the individual brand when you visit or you can call them in advance (all contact details can be found on the store page).
Can I take returns back to the stores?
You will need to check with the individual store / brand on their policy regarding returns. Please check out the store page for contact details.
Are the toilets open?
Yes all our toilets are now open and will operating a one in one out policy to ensure social distancing is maintained.
Please note from the 7th September the toilet block behind GAP will be temporarily closed whilst we complete an exciting refurbishment.
Will all the baby feeding and changing facilities be open?
Yes, our baby changing and feeding facilities will be open.
How do I pay for parking?
Car parking is free for all customers at Junction 32.
Why does your signage state keep 2 metres apart when the government guidance has been updated to 1 metre plus?
At Junction 32 we are retaining the 2 metre social distancing policy that we have had in place since reopening to keep our guests as safe as possible on the centre malls / communal areas. Individual brands may adopt a 1m+ within their stores, please keep an eye out for signage communicating this whilst you are shopping.
Where do I go if I have a customer service query whilst at the centre?
Our security and cleaning teams will be roaming the site as usual and manning entrances and will be on hand to help with any guest queries. Alternatively, please contact the team who will be happy to help via the phone on 01977 520972.
I am in a vulnerable / at risk group - do I get priority access?
We remain committed to supporting all our guests in enjoying our visit to the centre. Our accessibility page will give you more detailed information, and feel free to call Guest Services should you have questions prior to your visit 01977 520972. Once on the centre is at the individual store managers descretion to allow any priority access into the stores.
I can't stand for long periods, what support is available to me in the centre and in the queue?
Selective seating will be available throughout the centre, all seating will be subject to social distancing guidelines. Our free wheelchair hire service is available and can be accessed via calling 01977 520972.
