Your safety is our number one priority, so we have rolled out lots of new in-centre signage to help you keep a safe distance from others while shopping.
A two-way system is operating. Just follow the signs.
We have installed hand sanitiser stations, and our in-centre cleaning teams will be working harder than ever to help make Junction 32 a safe place for everybody.
We are monitoring capacity and our stores have limits on the number of people who can enter. This may result in the need to queue. A queuing system will be introduced for entry to the centre should capacity be reached.
Store opening hours are also subject to change and we will be updating you on our website, so please check ahead. Some shops may not be open.
Some of our stores may only be accepting card payments; please check with them directly. As a temporary precaution the children’s play area will remain closed until further notice.
We are asking people to follow government guidance in relation to wearing a face covering. The latest advice can be found here. This currently means guests must wear a face covering in shops, and we strongly encourage them to be used in other parts of the centre too. Please plan ahead and bring a suitable face covering with you.
We appreciate that there are reasons for exemption.
Our cafés are table service only. You must wear a face covering inside takeaways as well as in cafés, except when seated at a table to eat or drink. While you are eating, your face covering must not be placed on the dining table.
