Job Vacancy: Supervisor (22 hours)
Pay Rate: £12.67/Hour
We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable and committed individual who will thrive as part of a team.
At TOG24 we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a new member to join our sales team as Supervisor at Junction 32 Outlet.
This is a permanent role on a 22-hour contract, but the role may require working above these hours during busy seasonal periods to cover staff holidays and sickness.
Therefore, full flexibility and availability with the ability to work evenings and weekends is essential. Previous experience of working in a similar role is preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Increasing sales by maximising every customer opportunity
- Consistently offering the very best personal service to each and every customer and increasing customer loyalty through world class service
- Acting as a role model for the store sales team along with other supervisor duties in the absence of store management
